• one egg
• room temperature water (to equal 1 cup and 1 TBL when added to egg)
• 3 tablespoons oil
• 3 tablespoons honey
• 2 tablespoons dry milk
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1 1/2 cups bread flour
• 1 1/4 cups rye flour
• 2 tablespoons caraway seeds
• 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
