  • 3 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 12 cups dark brown sugar
  • 34 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 large eggs
  • 12 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon dark molasses
  • 1 12 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 12 cup butter, melted
  • 1 12 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Whisk flour, sugar, salt and baking soda in large bowl.

    In a medium bowl, Whisk eggs, buttermilk, molasses, and vanilla extract in medium bowl.

    Whisk in melted butter to the egg mixture.

    Add egg mixture to dry ingredients and stir until dough is evenly moistened.

    Stir in chocolate chips and marshmallows.

    Drop cookie dough by rounded tablespoonsful onto prepared sheet, spacing about a couple of inches apart.

    Bake cookies until golden brown and dry to the touch (about 15 minutes).

    Let cookies cool on sheets for 10 minutes before transferring to racks to completely cool.
