- 3 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 12 cups dark brown sugar
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 large eggs
- 12 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon dark molasses
- 1 12 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 12 cup butter, melted
- 1 12 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper.

2Whisk flour, sugar, salt and baking soda in large bowl.

3In a medium bowl, Whisk eggs, buttermilk, molasses, and vanilla extract in medium bowl.

4Whisk in melted butter to the egg mixture.

5Add egg mixture to dry ingredients and stir until dough is evenly moistened.

6Stir in chocolate chips and marshmallows.

7Drop cookie dough by rounded tablespoonsful onto prepared sheet, spacing about a couple of inches apart.

8Bake cookies until golden brown and dry to the touch (about 15 minutes).

9Let cookies cool on sheets for 10 minutes before transferring to racks to completely cool.
