  • 12 double (5x2 1/2-inch) chocolate graham crackers*
  • 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup salted peanuts
  • 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup Land O Lakes Butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows

    Heat oven to 350F.

    Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with aluminum foil.

    Place graham crackers onto pan in single layer; sprinkle evenly with chocolate chips and peanuts.

    Combine brown sugar, butter and vanilla in 2-quart saucepan.

    Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 3-5 minutes or until mixture comes to a full boil.

    Boil, stirring constantly, 3 minutes or until candy thermometer reaches 240F.

    Pour butter mixture immediately over chocolate chips and peanuts.

    Bake 6-8 minutes or until bars are bubbly around edges.

    Sprinkle with marshmallows; continue baking 3-4 minutes or until marshmallows are softened.
