- 3 lb. raw ling cod or halibut
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 eggs
- 3 to 4 c. milk
- 1/2 cube butter
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Grind fish several times and add a little milk slowly.

2Add beaten eggs.

3Beat until light and smooth, then add salt, nutmeg and cornstarch.

4Work good together.

5Make into small balls, either fry in butter or boil in water.
