- 2 lb. chicken (whole or leg quarters)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 1 tsp. ground sage
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz. cooked egg noodles
Directions

1Skin, debone and cube chicken.

2Saute in hot oil until brown. Drain excess oil and fat.

3Add cream of mushroom soup, sage and mushrooms with liquid.

4Stir well.

5Simmer, covered, 45 minutes to 1 hour or until chicken is tender.

6Add noodles.

7Stir and serve immediately.
