- 1 1/2 lb. pork sausage
- 2 c. finely chopped onion
- 4 c. chopped celery
- 10 slices toast
- 3 to 4 eggs
- 2 c. cream of chicken soup
- sage to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- hot water, just enough to moisten
Directions

1Fry sausage, onion and celery.

2Break toast into mixing bowl. Add meat mixture, sage, soup, salt, pepper and eggs.

3Mix.

4Add hot water as needed to moisten.

5Bake until set, about 45 minutes at 375°.
