- 1 1/2 lb. yellow squash
- 1 1/2 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 small can chopped green chilies
- 12 crumbled crackers
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- garlic salt; salt; sage; pepper and picante sauce, all to taste
Directions

1Cook squash and onion until tender enough to mash.

2Drain well and mash.

3Mix in 1 teaspoon of the grated cheese.

4Add rest of ingredients.

5Pour into a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
