- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup brandy
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 1 eggs
- 1 cup sugar caster
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup dates
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon bicarb soda
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg ground
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon ground
Directions

1Chop dates and raisins.

2Pour milk over sago and allow to soak for 3-4 hours in refrigerator.

3Add all other ingredients to milk and tapioca and blend thoroughly. Pour into a greased pudding basin, cover and steam for 3 hours.
