- 1/4 cups Sake
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cups Soy Sauce
- 2 whole Skinless Salmon Fillets (4 Oz. Size)
- 2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
Directions

1Combine sake, brown sugar and soy sauce in a shallow dish that can fit the salmon.

2Marinate the salmon for 3 minutes on each side.

3Cook the salmon in a hot dry pan for 3 minutes on the first side.

4Flip and add the marinade to the pan.

5Cook for 3 more minutes for medium doneness.

6Remove the salmon to your serving plate.

7I serve mine over rice to make sure to soak up all the delicious sauce!

8Add rice vinegar to the pan and combine.

9Pour the sauce over your salmon and ENJOY!
