Sake Glazed Salmon

  • 1/4 cups Sake
  • 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cups Soy Sauce
  • 2 whole Skinless Salmon Fillets (4 Oz. Size)
  • 2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar

Directions

    Combine sake, brown sugar and soy sauce in a shallow dish that can fit the salmon.

    Marinate the salmon for 3 minutes on each side.

    Cook the salmon in a hot dry pan for 3 minutes on the first side.

    Flip and add the marinade to the pan.

    Cook for 3 more minutes for medium doneness.

    Remove the salmon to your serving plate.

    I serve mine over rice to make sure to soak up all the delicious sauce!

    Add rice vinegar to the pan and combine.

    Pour the sauce over your salmon and ENJOY!
