- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 4 T flour
- 5 T French's prepared mustard
- 3 t dry mustard
- 1 t salt
- 1 c sugar
- 1/3 c milk
- 1/2 c vinegar
Directions

1Mix eggs, flour, mustards, sugar and salt together.

2Add milk and cook over a very low flame, stirring constantly.

3When it starts to thicken, add vinegar and cook until it thickens.

4Makes 1 quart.
