  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • lump of butter (size of walnut)
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard

    Dissolve mustard in vinegar.

    Boil ingredients until thickened.

    Store in jar. When ready to use, add cream to desired consistency.
