- 1/4 c. Italian dressing
- 1 to 1 1/2 oz. cream cheese
- 1 slice bacon
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 head romaine lettuce
Directions

1Thinly slice zucchini.

2Pour Italian dressing over zucchini. Marinate 30 minutes.

3Cut cream cheese into small cubes.

4Fry bacon in skillet over high heat until crisp.

5Drain on paper towel. Crumble.
