- 5 Tbsp. curing salt
- 2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
- 2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. hickory salt
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together with the water, then pour over the meat.

2It mixes better this way.

3Mix well and shape into rolls.

4Wrap in foil (shiny side out).

5Refrigerate for 24 hours. Place in pan with water to cover rolls and boil for 1 hour.

6When done, can eat or be frozen.
