  • 5 lb. cheap ground meat
  • 3 Tbsp. Morton quick curing salt
  • 2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
  • 2 tsp. celery seed
  • 2 1/2 tsp. peppercorns
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 3 to 4 drops Tabasco sauce

Directions

    Mix seasonings and then mix into meat. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Form into 1 pound rolls.

    Place on broiler pan and bake at 300° about 1/2 hour or until inserted thermometer measures 155°.

    Serve with crackers.
