Salami Cheddar Bites

  • 1 pkg (227 g) Cracker Barrel Medium Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 medium red onion, chopped
  • 6 salami deli slices, each cut into 4 pieces
  • 24 Triscuit Original Crackers
  • gerkin pickles, sliced diagonally (garnish)

Directions

    MIX cheese, mustard and red onion together.

    PLACE a slice of salami on each cracker; top with 2 tsp (10 mL) of the cheese mixture.

    BAKE at 375F (190C) for 5 minutes OR heat in covered BBQ over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes until cheese melts OR microwave on MEDIUM about 30 seconds or until cheese melts.

    TOP each cracker with a sliced pickle.
