  • 1 bread roll of choice
  • 3 or 4 slices of salami
  • 4 or 5 slices pepperoni
  • 30 grams to 50g cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 sliced jalapeno, optional
  • 1 few thin slices red onion, optional
  • 1 couple of lettuce leaves, optional

Directions

    Cut open bread roll.

    Lightly toast both sides under grill/broiler.
  3. 3
    Butter roll if desired.
  4. 4
    Layer on salami and pepperoni.
  5. 5
    Top with cheese.
  6. 6
    Put back under broiler to melt cheese.
  7. 7
    Top with tomato and optional extras if desired.
