  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2/3 c. water
  • flour

    Combine ground beef, egg, salt and pepper. Make into beef patties. Coat the patties in flour. Fry patties in a small amount of shortening until golden brown. Place in baking dish. Combine soup and water; pour this mixture over patties and bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
