  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 can (13 1/2 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 c. green pepper strips
  • 1 (12 oz.) can canned meat, Prem, Spam or Treet, cubed

Directions

    Mix brown sugar and cornstarch and add the syrup drained from pineapple cubes; add the 1 cup water and 2 tablespoons vinegar. Cook, stirring constantly, until clear and thick.

    Stir in cubed meat, pineapple cubes and the pepper strips.

    Cook over low heat until heated through.

    Serve over cooked rice.
