- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 can (13 1/2 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 c. green pepper strips
- 1 (12 oz.) can canned meat, Prem, Spam or Treet, cubed
Directions

1Mix brown sugar and cornstarch and add the syrup drained from pineapple cubes; add the 1 cup water and 2 tablespoons vinegar. Cook, stirring constantly, until clear and thick.

2Stir in cubed meat, pineapple cubes and the pepper strips.

3Cook over low heat until heated through.

4Serve over cooked rice.
