- 1 1/2 lb. ground round
- 1 c. finely chopped onion (I use 1/4 c. seeing my family isn't fond of onions)
- 1/2 c. cooked long grain rice, cooked without salt or fat
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg white
- 1 3/4 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 (13 3/4 oz.) cans no salt added beef broth
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Combine the first 5 ingredients in a bowl; stir well.

2Divide into 6 equal portions, shaping each into a 1-inch thick patty. Coat an electric skillet with vegetable cooking spray; heat to 320°.

3Add patties and cook 5 minutes on each side.

4Drain on paper towels; set aside and keep warm.
