  • 1/3 can onion soup (save remaining for gravy)
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground hamburg
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. mustard

Directions

    Mix together the first 6 ingredients and make into patties. Brown on both sides.

    Drain off grease.

    Lay in layers in cake pan.

    Take remaining soup, Worcestershire sauce and mustard, mix together and pour over patties.

    Cover with foil and bake slowly for 30 minutes at 325°.
