- 1/3 can onion soup (save remaining for gravy)
- 1 1/2 lb. ground hamburg
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. mustard
Directions

1Mix together the first 6 ingredients and make into patties. Brown on both sides.

2Drain off grease.

3Lay in layers in cake pan.

4Take remaining soup, Worcestershire sauce and mustard, mix together and pour over patties.

5Cover with foil and bake slowly for 30 minutes at 325°.
