  • 3 T crushed crackers (GF)
  • 1 T finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 teas salt
  • 1/4 teas pepper
  • 3/4 teas rubbed sage
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can (4 oz.) mushroom stems, drained
  • 2 T butter
  • 3 T flour (GF)
  • 1 3/4 C water
  • 2 beef boullion cubes
  • Hot mashed potatoes

In a medium skillet, cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side or until browned; drain.
