  • 1-1/2 lb. (675 g) extra-lean ground beef Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
  • 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1-1/3 cups water, divided
  • 1/3 cup Kraft Garlic BarBQ Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

    Mix first 4 ingredients and 1 cup water until well blended; shape into 6 (3/4 inch-thick) patties.

    Heat large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat until hot.

    Add patties; cook 8 min.

    on each side or until done (160 degrees F).

    Meanwhile, mix barbecue sauce, remaining water, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.

    Drain fat from skillet.

    Pour barbecue sauce mixture over patties.
