  • 2 lb. yellow squash
  • 3 tsp. butter
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of black pepper
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 egg

    Cook squash and onion until tender.
