- 1 can fresh onion soup
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Mix 1/3 cup soup (undiluted), beef, bread crumbs, eggs, salt and pepper.

2Shape into patties and brown.

3Mix flour and remaining soup.

4Then add remaining ingredients and blend.

5Pour mixture over patties.

6Cover and simmer over low heat about 20 minutes.

7Baste occasionally or in crock-pot for a couple of hours.
