  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • black pepper (taste)

Directions

    Mix thoroughly 1/4 cup soup with remaining ingredients. Set aside the rest of the soup. Shape into 6 patties. Place in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Spoon off fat. Mix the rest of soup with 1/3 cup water and pour over meat. Bake 10 minutes.
