  • 1 (5 1/2 oz.) biscuit mix
  • 1 can salmon
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3/4 c. cooked eggs
  • 1 c. New York cheese
  • milk
  • boiled eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix the biscuit mix as directed.

    Add 1/2 cup grated cheese. Roll out and cut.

    Spread salmon in biscuit pan and add milk and 1/2 stick butter.

    Slice boiled eggs sand place in salmon mix. Salt and pepper to taste.

    Place rolled biscuits on top to cover pan.

    Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese on top.

    Add sliced butter on top. Bake at 400° for about 15 minutes or until biscuits are brown.
