- 1 (5 1/2 oz.) biscuit mix
- 1 can salmon
- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 c. cooked eggs
- 1 c. New York cheese
- milk
- boiled eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix the biscuit mix as directed.

2Add 1/2 cup grated cheese. Roll out and cut.

3Spread salmon in biscuit pan and add milk and 1/2 stick butter.

4Slice boiled eggs sand place in salmon mix. Salt and pepper to taste.

5Place rolled biscuits on top to cover pan.

6Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese on top.

7Add sliced butter on top. Bake at 400° for about 15 minutes or until biscuits are brown.
