  • 1 lb. can salmon
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 c. celery, chopped fine
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Cream cheese should be at room temperature.

    Mix cream cheese, lemon juice, horseradish and Worcestershire sauce well; mix in cleaned, deboned salmon, celery and onion.

    Chill 3 hours after forming into ball.

    Serve with crackers.
