- 1 lb. can red or pink salmon
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Drain, flake and remove bones and skin from salmon.

2Combine first 7 ingredients and mix well.

3Chill several hours.

4Shape into ball and roll in nuts and parsley.

5You may wrap and freeze for later.

6If salmon is too costly, 2 cans of tuna are just as yummy.
