- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can red salmon
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. horseradish
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 2 tsp. chopped parsley
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts or crushed soda crackers
Directions

1Drain and flake salmon and combine with lemon juice, onion, horseradish and parsley.

2Mix well and chill.

3When chilled, shape into a ball and roll in chopped nuts or cracker crumbs.

4Store in fridge until ready to use.
