Ingredients

  • 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can red salmon
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. horseradish
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 tsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 tsp. grated onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts or crushed soda crackers

Directions

    Drain and flake salmon and combine with lemon juice, onion, horseradish and parsley.

    Mix well and chill.

    When chilled, shape into a ball and roll in chopped nuts or cracker crumbs.

    Store in fridge until ready to use.
