- 1 lb. can salmon
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 3 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
Directions

1Drain and flake salmon; remove any skin and bones.

2Combine salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt and liquid smoke.

3Mix well.

4I sometimes mush it with my hands, then form into a ball.

5Chill several hours.
