- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
- 1/4 c. finely chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 Tbsp. garlic salt
- dash of cayenne or red pepper
- chopped parsley
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except parsley.

2Shape the mixture into ball.

3Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.

4Coat ball with chopped parsley.

5Garnish with pimiento, if desired.

6Serve with crackers.
