  • 1 (16 oz) can red-eyed salmon
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp onion, grated
  • 1 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3 Tbsp parsley

Directions

    Mix everything except walnuts and parsley.

    Roll into balls.

    In small bowl, mix walnuts and parsley.
