- 1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon, drained
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. cornmeal
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
Directions

1Mash salmon; add flour, cornmeal, soda, eggs and buttermilk. Shape into balls, using 1 teaspoon for each ball.

2Fry in 2-inches hot fat until brown.

3Drain and serve hot.
