- 1 small diced onion
- 1 medium stalk celery, diced fine
- 2 eggs
- 2 medium potatoes, boiled
- corn meal for coating
Directions

1Mash potatoes and add to all the other ingredients.

2Roll into 2-inch balls, then roll into corn meal until coated.

3Fry in small amount of oil, turning often until all sides are browned.
