Salmon Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 can salmon, drained
  • 1 small diced onion
  • 1 medium stalk celery, diced fine
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 medium potatoes, boiled
  • corn meal for coating

Directions

    Mash potatoes and add to all the other ingredients.

    Roll into 2-inch balls, then roll into corn meal until coated.

    Fry in small amount of oil, turning often until all sides are browned.

    Top with favorite white sauce or melted cheese and serve.
