- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes (undrained), chopped
- 1/4 tsp. rosemary or thyme
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 (1 lb.) can red or pink salmon, cleaned and flaked
- 3 c. light cream or milk, scalded
Directions

1Saute onion in butter; add flour.

2Add tomatoes and condiments; cook slowly for 10 minutes.

3Add salmon and liquid and milk.

4Heat over low heat for 5 minutes.
