- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 small can cream-style corn
- 3 to 5 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
- 1 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Mix all together, except for cheese.

2Place half of mixture in greased pan, then cheese, then rest of mixture.

3Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
