Salmon Broccoli Bake

- 2 c. cooked white rice
- 1 1/2 c. chopped cooking apple
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, cooked and drained
- 2 (6 1/2 oz. each) cans Chicken of the Sea brand pink salmon, drained
- 1 (7/8 oz.) pkg. Hollandaise sauce mix (dry)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine rice and apples in a lightly oiled 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

3Place broccoli spears in a single layer over top of rice.

4Spoon salmon over broccoli. Prepare Hollandaise sauce according to package directions.

5Pour over salmon.

6Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
