Salmon Broccoli Bake

  • 2 c. cooked white rice
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped cooking apple
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, cooked and drained
  • 2 (6 1/2 oz. each) cans Chicken of the Sea brand pink salmon, drained
  • 1 (7/8 oz.) pkg. Hollandaise sauce mix (dry)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Combine rice and apples in a lightly oiled 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

    Place broccoli spears in a single layer over top of rice.

    Spoon salmon over broccoli. Prepare Hollandaise sauce according to package directions.

    Pour over salmon.

    Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
