- 5 ounces salmon, canned boneless, skinless, pink
- 13 cups water chestnuts drained and finely chopped
- 13 cups bread crumbs, whole wheat panko
- 13 cup scallions, spring or green onions sliced
- 1 large egg whites
- 1 x olive oil for cooking
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl.

2Heat olive oil in medium skillet on medium high heat.

3Shape mix into burgers.

4You can also use a ring mold to make patties.

5Cook about 4 to 5 minutes on each side, until lightly browned.

6Serve on toasted wheat bun!
