- 3 tsp. self-rising flour
- self-rising corn meal
- 1/3 c. oil
Directions

1Mix salmon (juice and all) with flour.

2You may need more flour, it's up to you.

3Shape into patties and roll in self-rising corn meal.

4Refrigerate 1 hour.

5Yellow corn meal is better.

6Fry in oil; turn and brown on both sides.
