- 2 large cans salmon, drained
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 small can peas
- 1 diced onion (small)
- 1 or 2 partially baked potatoes, cut up
- 1 small jar Cheez Whiz or Cheddar cheese
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
Directions

1Spray baking dish with Pam.

2Put salmon in bottom of dish. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3Spread diced onion on salmon.

4Add peas, potatoes, Cheez Whiz or Cheddar cheese.

5Pour soup over top and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
