Salmon Casserole

  • 2 large cans salmon, drained
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 small can peas
  • 1 diced onion (small)
  • 1 or 2 partially baked potatoes, cut up
  • 1 small jar Cheez Whiz or Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup

Directions

    Spray baking dish with Pam.

    Put salmon in bottom of dish. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Spread diced onion on salmon.

    Add peas, potatoes, Cheez Whiz or Cheddar cheese.

    Pour soup over top and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
