- 1 c. elbow macaroni
- 2 c. white sauce
- 1 1/2 c. flaked salmon
- 3 c. cooked carrots and peas
- 1/2 c. grated American cheese
Directions

1Cook macaroni in boiling salted water 10 minutes or until tender; place 1/2 of it in bottom of greased casserole dish.

2Cover with salmon and pour 1/2 of white sauce over fish.

3Place carrots, peas and remaining macaroni on top.

4Pour remaining white sauce over all.

5Sprinkle top with cheese and bake in 300° oven for 45 minutes.
