  • 12 oz. whole-grain or artichoke-flour pasta
  • 12 oz. salmon fillet
  • 1/4 c. pasta water
  • 3 stalk celery
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 1/4 c. packed parsley leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Pepper

    Cook pasta 2 minutes less than label directs.

    Add salmon chunks to pasta water.

    Cook 3 minutes; reserve 1/4 c. pasta water, then drain.

    In bowl, toss pasta, salmon, pasta water, celery, garlic, parsley, and salt and pepper until well mixed.
