Salmon Cheddar Pie

  • 2 cans flaked salmon, deboned
  • 2 unbaked pie shell
  • 4 lb. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 doz. eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. dill weed
  • 1 Tbsp. ground mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic

    Very lightly mix the salmon, Cheddar cheese, eggs and seasonings in mixing bowl.

    Pour equal amounts in each pie shell. Bake in a 325° oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until firm. Serve with dollop of sour cream and fresh fruit.
