Salmon Chowder

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1-2 cups chopped celery, onion, carrots, potatoes, corn... (any combo of these)
  • 6 tbsp flour
  • 4 cups bouillon
  • 2 cups cooked salmon
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup (or more) white wine
  • 1 tsp dill
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

    1. Melt butter in a saucepan and saute veggies for about 5 minutes (until soft).

    2. Add flour and stir well.

    3. Add bouillon and bring to a boil.

    4. Lower heat to medium and add rest of the ingredients and stir well.

    5. Simmer for about 15 minutes, until veggies are tender, stirring often.
