- 4 tbsp butter
- 1-2 cups chopped celery, onion, carrots, potatoes, corn... (any combo of these)
- 6 tbsp flour
- 4 cups bouillon
- 2 cups cooked salmon
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup (or more) white wine
- 1 tsp dill
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions

11. Melt butter in a saucepan and saute veggies for about 5 minutes (until soft).

33. Add bouillon and bring to a boil.

44. Lower heat to medium and add rest of the ingredients and stir well.

55. Simmer for about 15 minutes, until veggies are tender, stirring often.
