  • 1 -1 12 cup smoked salmon, chunked
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 12 cup chopped onion
  • 14-12 cup sliced celery
  • 12 cup chopped bell pepper (green, red or orange)
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 14 cups chicken stock
  • 14 cup sour cream or 14 cup fat free sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill, minced or 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 18 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 teaspoon Accent seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • salt

Directions

    In a saucepan, melt butter, saute onion, celery, pepper.

    Stir in flour, add chicken stock and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until reaching boiling point.

    Add sour cream, dill, pepper, accent, smoked salmon; heat 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.

    Add parsley before serving.
