- 1 (1 lb.) can red salmon
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1 green pepper, chopped fine
- 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes, drained
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- pinch of black pepper
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Remove bone and skin from salmon and flake.

2Combine all ingredients, except bread crumbs.

3Melt margarine in saucepan. Add bread crumbs and stir to coat.

4Add half of crumbs to mixture and combine.

5Turn into 9 x 9-inch greased casserole pan. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
