Ingredients

  • 6 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
  • 2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 3 drops hot pepper sauce or Tabasco sauce
  • chopped pimento for garnish
  • 1 small can salmon, drained and boned
  • 1 Tbsp. chili sauce
  • 2 tsp. grated onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • parsley pieces for garnish

Directions

    Cut eggs in half lengthwise.

    Remove yolks.

    Put all ingredients into a food processor except pimento and parsley. Using steel blade mix well.

    Divide mixture among egg whites, heaping high. Garnish and serve.
