- 6 hard-cooked eggs
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 3 drops hot pepper sauce or Tabasco sauce
- chopped pimento for garnish
- 1 small can salmon, drained and boned
- 1 Tbsp. chili sauce
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- parsley pieces for garnish
Directions

1Cut eggs in half lengthwise.

2Remove yolks.

3Put all ingredients into a food processor except pimento and parsley. Using steel blade mix well.

4Divide mixture among egg whites, heaping high. Garnish and serve.
