Salmon Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 c. red salmon, boned, drained, flaked and skinned
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped fine
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped fine

Directions

    Mix the first six ingredients.

    Chill 3 or 4 hours.

    Roll into log shape.

    Chill again.

    When ready to serve, roll in mixture of nuts and parsley (or just nuts, if you prefer).
