- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 c. red salmon, boned, drained, flaked and skinned
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped fine
- 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped fine
Directions

1Mix the first six ingredients.

2Chill 3 or 4 hours.

3Roll into log shape.

4Chill again.

5When ready to serve, roll in mixture of nuts and parsley (or just nuts, if you prefer).
