- 415 g salmon
- 12 a diced onion
- 250 g Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- salt and pepper
- lemon juice
Directions

1Remove the Philly cheese from the fridge and let it get to room temperature.

2Remove the Salmon from the tin and remove the bones as many as possible and place into a bowl.

3Add the onion and the philly cheese and mix until a semi smooth texture.

4Add salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste and place into the fridge for an hour before serving.

5Serve with bread or your favourite crackers.
