Salmon Dip

  • 415 g salmon
  • 12 a diced onion
  • 250 g Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice

Directions

    Remove the Philly cheese from the fridge and let it get to room temperature.

    Remove the Salmon from the tin and remove the bones as many as possible and place into a bowl.
  3. 3
    Add the onion and the philly cheese and mix until a semi smooth texture.
  4. 4
    Add salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste and place into the fridge for an hour before serving.
  5. 5
    Serve with bread or your favourite crackers.
