- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 4 fillets salmon
- 1/4 cup whole grain mustard
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp terragon, chopped
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Combine butter and terragon, set aside.

3Roll out puff pastry, cut into 4 pieces large enough to enclose each fillet.

4Season both sides of each fillets with salt and pepper.

5Spead whole grain mustard on each fillets.

6Place mustard side down on puff pastry.

7Spread terragon butter on each fillet.

8Fold over dough and enclose fillet.

9Place seam side down on baking sheet.

10Brush with egg wash and bake 20 minutes until golden brown.
